Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Jervis Flows website, catalog, downloads and the services you request through it. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
Jervis Flows provides ready-made automation packages (free and premium), custom automation, setup on infrastructure you control, maintenance, and the self-hosted Jervis Runtime. Jervis does not operate a shared hosted runtime: automations run on infrastructure you own or control.
Accounts
You sign in with an emailed link or Google. Keep access to your email account secure; actions taken from your signed-in session are treated as yours.
Flows and licensing
Free and premium flows are licensed, not sold, under the Flow License. Premium flows are currently provided on request; online purchase is not available yet, and any price shown is for information until an order is agreed.
Custom, setup and maintenance work
Scope, price, timeline, deliverables, support and intellectual property for custom, setup and maintenance work are agreed separately for each engagement. Submitting a request does not create an obligation for either side until that agreement is made.
Your responsibilities
- Your servers, accounts, credentials, backups and the data your automations process.
- Complying with the terms of the third-party services you connect, such as messaging platforms and their consent rules.
- Using flows and services lawfully, and not to send spam or harm others.
Acceptable use of the website
Do not attempt to bypass security, overload the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or access other users’ data.
Third-party services and software
Flows connect to services Jervis does not control, which may change or stop working. n8n is third-party software under its own license; Jervis does not sell n8n.
Disclaimer and liability
Flows are tested before release, but they are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they suit every purpose or run without interruption, unless a maintenance agreement says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, Jervis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for a paid product or service is limited to the amount paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
